防靜電臺墊介紹：
電子半導體器件、電子計算機、電子通訊設備和集成電路等微電子工業(yè)的生產車間和上等試驗室為消防靜電危害，均需鋪設防靜電臺墊或導電地墊，當防靜電臺墊（地墊）鋪好并接地后，工作面將泄放人體靜電，使人體與臺面接觸的ESDS鑷子、工具、器具、儀表等達到基本均一的電位，使靜電敏感器件（SSD）不受摩擦起電等靜電放電現(xiàn)象產生的寬步面帶的干擾，從而達到靜電防護的效果。
防靜電臺墊主要用于抗（導）靜電材料和耗散靜電材料合成橡膠等制做而成。表面層為約0.5mm厚的耗散靜電層，底層為約1.5mm厚的導電層。常用為2mm雙層復合結構，可供顏色有綠色、灰色、蘭色、黑色、黃色等。
